Datatype conversion error message

There is an error in the data base. Please fax a copy of your rating form to 800-442-9509, your User Number (invoice number), and an address for shipping. A new program will be sent to you.



Error message “cannot create Active X object”

Is program installed on a network? This program was not developed to run on a network. It must be installed on the hard drive of the computer.



Program will only run when logged in as administrator

Change the limited user account to admin and run the program one time. Then change it back and see if it still works. If not then do a complete re-installation in the limited user account with the elevated privileges and run the program at least once before changing the account back to limited user. This will require removing the program (Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs) first.



Run Time Error 3315: Field Standard Score.IRG cannot be a zero length string

Run Time error 339 file not registered (tabctl32.ocx, ssa3D30.ocx, vsprint7.ocx, msmask32.ocx, etc)

Manually register the file (may need to be done by your computer administrator),
Go to Start | Run and paste the following in the command line text box:
regsvr32 "C:\windows\system32\(name of file not registered here, without parentheses)"

Then hit Enter.



Scores don’t show up on screen - only black boxes

Theme settings on your desktop are set to a color not compatible with the program. Right click on your desktop; go to properties; change themes to Windows XP or Windows Classic.
