Hawthorne Educational Services, Inc., is offering regular classroom educators the opportunity to earn money by participating in a national data collection project. Data is currently being gathered to update the national norms for the Behavior Evaluation Scale - Fourth Edition (BES-4).
Hawthorne will pay $5.00 for each properly completed form that is returned by the end of the business day on December 31, 2022. There will be no cost to participate. All materials and return postage will be provided by Hawthorne.
The data collected will be combined with the data other educators provide to establish national norms. All d by groups (e.g., grade, age, gender, etc.).
This is a limited participation project. Requests for rating fountil the quota is reached. If you would like to participate, please complete and return the information below by USPS, email, or fax. Thank you for your consideration.
